We are looking for a talented and motivated candidate for a Healthcare Solutions Associate Director position to join our Consulting team based in Budapest, Hungary.
As the Healthcare Solutions Associate Director at IQVIA, you will be responsible for building, managing, and leading engagements within the Payers, Providers, Government (PPG) sector across Hungary. This role involves overseeing sales, operations, and strategies for both new and existing customers. You will lead PPG engagements and activities, identify key players, design advocacy initiatives and campaigns, manage private partners, and develop private sector engagement models. Additionally, you will create performance monitoring frameworks, conduct risk assessments, and execute related activities. The role also includes business development, government relations, and working with NGOs. This position is crucial for opening a new pipeline of opportunities for implementing various technology solutions and delivering consulting projects, ensuring focused attention and expertise in the healthcare sector.
Key accountabilities:
Business and Revenue Management: Drive, manage, and execute the business and revenue of the public and private sector by developing and delivering insightful, value-added solutions that address complex client issues.
Client Relationship Development: Develop relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within assigned accounts; seek out and identify new revenue opportunities at existing and potential clients.
Client Engagement Ownership: Serve as the primary owner of client engagements with ultimate responsibility for client satisfaction and delivering high levels of quality and added value.
Quotation and Proposal Support: Support quotation and proposal efforts to partners, prospects, and customers.
Project Management: Plan, develop, coordinate, and assist with project activities through all project phases; allocate, obtain, and manage resources and project management tools to achieve project objectives; create and implement assessment processes to ensure projects are completed on time, milestones/goals are met, and adhere to approved budgets.
Consultative Problem-Solving: Serve as a solutions-based expert, internally and externally, by applying consultative problem-solving skills.
Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Project Management: Oversee and manage sales, marketing, delivery, and project management activities to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
Data Collection: Ensure accurate and efficient data collection to support project objectives and client requirements.
Key requirements:
Project Management: Successful track record of managing (planning and delivery) complex, interdisciplinary projects.
Sales Experience: Preferred candidates will have 10 years of experience in healthcare technology solutions sales for both public and provide sector using a consultative sales approach, with strong demonstrated partnering and closing skills.
Public Health Programs: proven track record in managing Public Health programs, developing and implementing strategies for public and private sector engagement as an individual contributor. A good understanding of the Hungarian health system and private health sector, including hospitals, pharmaceutical industry, health insurance, and others; knowledge of healthcare authorities’ infrastructure and agencies.
Additional Expertise: Expertise with healthcare authorities’ procurement, enabling growth in software sales via distribution partners and/or understanding of mechanics of European funded projects is of advantage
Technology Sales: Experience in selling technology services, software, or hardware, including distribution, corporate resellers, system integrators, and value-added resellers (VARS), partner recruitment, and/or enablement is an asset.
