Job Description:

• Performs delivery of customized reports to clients
• Takes appropriate action to ensure that processes are completed according to the schedule provided
• Monitors the production environment using established tools (arrivals, volumes, completeness)
• Update clients for expected delivery files and proceed in extracting historical data if needed
• Check outputs to identify any apparent anomalies before delivery
• Supports new automation opportunities to create process efficiencies
• Reviews procedures and documentations to ensure they remain appropriate and recommends changes as needed.
• Maintains and enhances the quality of delivery processes identifying and implementing accuracy metrics (KPIs, Issue logs, schedules, etc.)
• Perform functions as directed by the manager/team leader

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Diploma
• Must have experience in data processing and client report customization
• Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer focus, attention to detail, and good analytical skills
• Ability to proactively identify complex problems and needs and develop solutions/recommendations to solve problems
• Ability to guide the work of others within a team environment
• Ability to work under time constraints and changing work volumes
• Good organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficient in MS Office Apps, including Excel and Powerpoint
• Customer service experience is preferred
• Background in SAS is an advantage
