Position Summary: The Implementation Manager works with Patient Services teams to successfully lead the business design, planning and execution of strategic initiatives and new programs on behalf of assigned client(s).

Primary Responsibilities:

· Responsible for interactions with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic initiatives and implement new programs on behalf of the client.

· Responsible for managing, tracking and communicating delivery initiatives and providing the client with updates on project status and key milestones.

· Participate in internal and external launch/planning meetings, providing feedback and input on solutions.

· Serve as VOC (Voice of the Customer) during internal collaboration and workstream meetings throughout all project phases.

· Support development of standard operating procedures and workflows, creation of business rules documents, and system change requests.

· Partner with the training team, providing SME and guidance on the development of training for operations delivery of new initiatives and programs.

· Provide hypercare and escalation support post launch.

· Provide communication and follow-up to ensure staff are fully informed of all new information related to products, procedures, customer needs, and company-related issues, changes, or actions.

· Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all company support departments.

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of prior relevant work experience.

· Exceptional client services acumen, with the ability to understand and anticipate client needs, provide exceptional service, and build lasting client relationships.

· Possess a good understanding of Patient Services, HUB, and pharmaceutical industry

· Ability to influence and manage change across a matrixed organization, ensuring alignment and collaboration among various departments and stakeholders.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

· Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

· PMP preferred.

The potential base pay range for this role is $100,000 - $125,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
