Finance Business Partner (Commercial Finance)

As a Finance Business Partner within IQVIA Finance CommOps Team, you’ll be responsible for;

· Create and distribute performance report for KPI’s such as volume, profitability, ROI, feasibilities,

· Provide recommendations on pricing tactics and strategies to improve volume and margin maximization,   

· Run project control dedicated to all project’s costs, monitoring proper allocation of costs, supporting reviews during all stages of the projects (actual, forecast, plan included),

. Keep commercial & trade area databases up to date (Cost rates, Pricing Assistants etc.),

· Proactively partner with project managers and project teams while supporting the management to develop and pursue initiatives, improve financial results consistent with operating plan commitments and key performance indicators for sales, sales forecast, margin,

. Manage project and operation databases to ensure reliability and control timely,

· Monitor costs, checking the SalesForce database and inputs from other parties involved, hence ensure cost variance analysis from SAP - actual costs, purchase orders issued and validation of the remaining cost- is done by project team in the leadership of project manager,

· Monitor and adjust the margins of each project in the system together with Finance,

· Support leadership in financial management of the projects and reporting,

· Provide and support standard work orders and contracts with the Project teams.

Requirements:

· University degree preferably with Business / Finance or Engineering background

· Requires min 5 years’ experience in a financial environment

· Audit experience is an asset

· Fluent English both oral and written

· High attention to detail requested

· Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities

· Good cross functional and intra functional communication skills, both oral and written

· Having analytical, problem-solving ability with good follow-up skills, result oriented and business partner mind

· Strong interpersonal communication skills coupled with team working skills

· Effective use of Microsoft applications and having data analysis skills

· Hyperion Essbase knowledge is an asset
