Your Mission:

• Negotiate Like a Pro: Handle local site negotiations of clinical agreements and budgets with finesse. 💼
• Craft Contracts: Prepare study and country-specific contract templates and budget parameters. 📝
• Speed Up Timelines: Mitigate risks and recommend strategies for quicker negotiations. ⏱️
• Be the Expert: Provide top-notch advice on negotiations to study teams and sponsors. 🧠

What You Bring to the Table:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences. 🎓
• Experience: At least 5 years in Clinical Research & Site Start-Up within a CRO/Pharma company, ideally in Australia/New Zealand with 3 years contract negotiation🌟
• Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. 🏆
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of clinical systems, procedures, GCP/ICH guidelines, and the drug development process. 📚
• Independence: Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. 🗂️
• Team Player: Establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients. 🤝
