Associate Creative Director, Digital Learning

About Us:

We are a leading rare disease marketing agency specializing in healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing and training. Our digital department builds websites, banner ads, emails, digital marketing campaigns, e-learning modules (using Storyline), and handles a wide array of client digital engagement needs.

Seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Creative Director, Digital Learning to lead the development of Purplemoon e-learning tactics, drive innovation, and elevate execution for our diverse client portfolio. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving Digital Capabilities & Innovation:
    • Collaborate with creative and digital leadership to update and implement a range of digital learning offerings including game templates, training modules, micro-learnings, etc
    • Develop new and innovative digital learning products and strategies for Purplemoon
    • Collaborate with leadership to innovate and identify emerging technologies or solutions tailored to healthcare and pharma training needs
  • Client & Team Collaboration:
    • Serve as the primary digital learning expert, interfacing with clients to provide strategic guidance and address technical questions
    • Oversee and manage internal and remote development teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards
    • Work closely with account and instruction design teams and clients to align on project goals, timelines, and deliverables
  • Execution & Oversight:
    • Manage the development and deployment of digital learning assets, including e-learning modules, learning games, and other e-learning solutions
    • Play a key role in growing and expanding the digital learning team as demands dictate

Required Qualifications:

  • 6-9 yrs experience 
  • Pharmaceutical experience 
  • Experience managing teams preferred
  • Proficiency with digital design, interactive development/programming, gamified learning, creative concepting, Articulate/Storyline, InDesign, Photoshop, PowerPoint
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other capabilities such as account management, program excellence, digital and instructional design
  • Proven track record of e-learning oversight and successfully managing internal and remote teams
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects across clients and functions
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in rare disease marketing a plus
  • Work Environment:
  • This is a hybrid position in the NYC area, with the flexibility to work fully remote for the right candidate

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $91,400.00 - $152,300.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
