Associate consultant Survey Programming

Job Overview: 

The Survey Programmer configures survey authoring software and tools used for creating web-based market research surveys; is responsible for converting business requirements into survey functionality; is responsible for organizing production and asset creation; can work efficiently and successfully in a deadline sensitive environment on projects that have a quick turnaround time.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Configure Confirmit, Sawtooth, and other survey software authoring platforms for usage by survey producers.
• Collect survey functionality requirements, design, and implement solutions.
• Coordinate with Professional Services and Production team members to assign projects and set priorities.
• Export and process survey data from database.
• Design survey content, functionality, flow logic.
• Manage various production assets and produce the project in an efficient and detail-oriented manner.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned. 

Skills and ability:

• BS or equivalent in computer science, mathematics, or a related discipline
• Experience with survey authoring tools Confirmit, Decipher and Sawtooth
• Experience with web scripting logic – Javascript, Jscript.net, or other languages.
• Working knowledge of web technologies such as CSS, HTML, XML
• Familiarity with web-based applications
• Ability to adapt to frequently changing production tools.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills and abilities
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage priorities on tight deadlines. 
• Excellent communication skills

Experience:

• 2+ years of relevant full-time work experience required.
• Market research in healthcare is preferred.
