Key responsibilities:
•    Track all the Client deliveries and perform QC and Release when required for Data as a Service (DaaS) and/or IDP.
•    Escalate to Service Delivery Manager (SDM)/ Source team for any source files delays/ issues.
•    Co-ordinate with SDM for client communications.
•    Monitor the daily/nightly job flows and dataset loads in Cybermation or Automic scheduling tools. Analyze the logs in case of any failures and provide initial troubleshooting analysis and remediation.
•    Escalate to appropriate next level support (Source team, Tier2 team and Product team) for failures that cannot be remediated.
•    Query and analyze the logs/data, maintaining/executing QC scripts in Snowflake, Redshift, Azure, Databricks.
•    Check for dataset availability on the Mainframe.
•    Monitor CSM Tickets. For New CSM tickets provide the First response by analyzing the tickets and resolving as appropriate or escalate the tickets to Tier2/SDM as needed. Coordinate across teams to ensure timely closure of tickets.
•    Manual processing/conversions - Ex: downloading, converting excels to csv’s.
•    Coverage to onshore team during US holidays
•    Provide reports on all the respective Client deliveries to SDM’s for client meetings.

Qualifications / Skills:
Experience: 4-8 years’ experience Amazon Web Service Tools, Automic, Cybermation Experience 

Technical Skills:
•    Strong knowledge in various Cloud Management tools (Azure, Snowflake, RedShift, Databricks, sFTP etc.)
•    Strong knowledge of Mainframe / Database / SQL
•    Able to quickly understand Technology Solution Offerings, IQVIA data and detailed product features
•    Familiar with Technology Technical terms and concepts
•    Knowledge and experience of Customer Service Management (CSM-Salesforce)
•    Knowledge and experience of Automation tools (Cybermation, Automic) 
•    Experience with Excel and the use of formulas and charts in Excel 
•    Understanding of S3/FTP
•    Basic understanding of Python is desirable.
