Shift Timings: General Shifts with slight overlap with North America & EU regions

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Managed Service Lead to join our team in Bangalore. This role offers a hybrid work environment, combining the flexibility of remote work with the benefits of in-office collaboration. As a Managed Service Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of managed services to our clients, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the delivery of managed services to clients, ensuring adherence to SLAs and high-quality service.
  • Utilize Agile methodologies to manage and deliver projects efficiently.
  • Oversee technical project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
  • Manage requirements gathering and analysis to ensure client needs are accurately captured and addressed.
  • Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Estimate project costs and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Oversee testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet client requirements.
  • Maintain a high level of technical knowledge to provide guidance and support to the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Proven expertise in technical project management.
  • Proficiency in requirements management and business analysis.
  • Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Experience in project estimating and budgeting.
  • Hands-on experience with testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • High-level technical knowledge to provide effective guidance and support.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a hybrid work environment.
  • Prior experience with overlapping shifts with North America & EU regions.
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering managed services.
