For our team based in Budapest,we’re currently looking for a Client ServiceAnalyst who will be fully dedicated to a portfolio of our Pharmaclients(local and multinational PharmaCos).

The Client ServiceAnalyst will have the responsibility for supporting clients in analyzing IQVIA property data and ensuring they obtain maximum value from IQVIA products and services.Will also answers client queries and collaborates with the Sales team to best support the clients. Provides in-depth training in databases and products andassists the sales team in preparing quotations.

RESPONSABILITIES

• Provide additional insight and interpretation of the data to enable appropriate resolution of business questions and/or issuesincluding pre-analysis of data query and cooperation with Data Integrity team in finalizing the resolution feed-back to the client.

• Manage queries raised by client using in-depth understanding of the client and IQVIAproperty data to ensure that full and timely response is provided (also with support from other functions’ teams) using company tools and respecting contractual SLA.

• Transfers client requests for database modification to the Technical Delivery Team and ensures proper execution.

• Support Sales team in further developing relationships with clients

• Review client data requirements with the appropriate internal resource to ensure that basic product deliverables meet the customer's specifications, including timeliness and quality.

• Provides training to clients and support to team for client service meetings at customer sites.

• Produces ad-hoc studies and presentations on demand.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• MSc with strong interest into data analysis

• At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience is required.

• Knowledge of pharmaceutical and healthcare market will be a plus

• Attention to details and respect of deadlines

• Excellent Microsoft Office Skills

• Ability to manage various projects simultaneously and in line with priorities

• Strong communication, good interpersonal attitude, establishesempathy with clients

• Proficiency in English 

• Ability to work on a team and to interact with other functions

Contract: fixed-term contract
