Job Overview
Responsible for completing field work support required by business units in IQVIA.
Essential Functions
• Coordinates and facilitates the program journey throughout hospitals
• Facilitates the interviews takes place for development of policy documents.
• Schedules all the required meetings/trainings with responsible personnel's inside accounts
• Ensures proper documentation per each account.
• Collects documents, devices and anything related to field work.
• Build-up a network with relevant vendors and ensure completion of logistic requirements as per business needs.
• Supports business units and Project Manager in completing any field work related to program
• Supplies market information and analysis using Internet, journals and internal data sources to a variety of business units.
• Develops and maintains quality control processes and documentation.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree Equivalent with medical/scientific background
• Proficient in Windows applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
• Ability to carry out analysis and information gathering to resolve problems on routine matters.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• Some experience in field work across hospitals is required.
