    Job Description


    The Client Service Representative is a key member of the Commercial Compliance team. The Compliance Services team offers support to the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. In this role, the coordinator ensures accurate processing and recording of all financial transactions within specified timeframes. Close collaboration with different teams is essential for managing
    payments, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining precise financial records. Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in financial software contribute to success in this position.


    Responsibilities

    • Prepare and send invoices through client partner system(s)
    • Daily processing of electronic payments, including ACH and wire transfers
    • Provide customer support for payment inquiries
    • Data entry of payment details into client supported system
    • Maintain accurate records of transactions and prepare reports for client and management teams
    • Reconcile transactions and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
    • Support monthly bank reconciliation meetings
    • Work collaboratively with finance to prepare monthly bank reconciliation report
    • Ongoing monitoring of bank accounts
    • Work with team Lead to prepare monthly metrics reporting
    • Billing and invoices
    • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies

    Requirements

    • Experience in payments processing or similar financial operations role
    • Knowledge of banking regulations and payment processing systems Excellent communication and problem solving skills
    • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
    • Strong customer service skills
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a time sensitive environment
    • Proficiency MS – Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook

    Education, Skills, Experience Desired

    • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
    • 5 years or more with related work experience
    • Reports Analyst experience is a plus
    • Experience with pharmaceutical compliance regulations is helpful but not required
    • Amenable to work in Mckinley (hybrid)
    • Willing to work in night shift
