Purpose:
Support the project manager to deliver projects to the sponsor's satisfaction, on time and within budget. Support all project related activities for assigned projects in accordance with standard operating procedures, policies and practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the Project Manager in the set-up, planning, implementation and delivery of assigned projects in accordance with the Scope of Work agreed with the Customer.
- Assist in monitoring and coordinating efforts of cross-functional project teams.
- Track project progress, identify and evaluate project risks and take advice from superiors on corrective action as appropriate.
- Attend the ‘End of Project’ review meeting to ensure that all project activities have been completed in full.
- Prepare and present project information at internal and external meetings, where required
- Ensure that consistent and appropriate project specific guidelines are documented and circulated to all project team members and that the team is well-trained on these guidelines under guidance of the Project Manager
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Knowledge of CRO Industry
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results to the appropriate quality and timeline metrics
- Good problem-solving skills
- Good teamwork skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work under limited direction
- Strong software and computer skills, including MS Office applications
- Good ability to prioritize, schedule and organize
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma and equivalent Life science or health care related discipline required, Bachelor's degree in Life Science preferred
- One-year related experience or Equivalent combination of education, training and experience required

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $52,700.00 - $87,900.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
