  • Greater Insights & Advocacy: Expanded geographic and therapeutic site networks, and enhanced patient insights and advocacy.

These strategies aim to optimize site and patient experience and support clinical trials in underserved populations.

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Director to lead our Site Solutions division. This role encompasses full global responsibility for Site Enablement Solutions that is focused on onsite and virtual clinical site support to enable patient identification and recruitment on trials as well as customized solutions based on site needs. As a key business unit within PSCS, Site Solutions is integral to our overall strategy and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Serve as a member of the PSCS Leadership team, contributing to the overall strategic direction of the organization
    • Develop and implement the overall strategy for Site Enablement Solutions.
    • Full responsibility for P&L including revenue, margin,  demand and capacity management
    • Lead a global workforce
  • Operational Management:
    • Ensure the effective delivery of Site Enablement Solutions globally.
    • Expand the footprint of Site Enablement Solutions
    • Monitor and manage operational performance to meet or exceed business objectives.
  • Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
    • Act as the key executive sponsor for enterprise-level site solution services.
    • Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
    • Represent Site Enablement Solutions in client-facing interactions and negotiations.
    • Ensure client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
    • Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
    • Ensure continuous professional development and growth opportunities for team members.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the clinical trials or healthcare industry.
  • Strong background in managing P&L statements and large teams.
  • 15 years of clinical research experience including 9 years of leadership experience
  • Expertise in Patient Recruitment and / or Clinical Site Management or Site Enablement Solutions
  • Excellent strategic planning and execution skills.
  • Exceptional client management and communication abilities.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a diverse, global team.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $175,600.00 - $326,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
