We are looking for a Consultant to join our business analytics & strategy team, fully dedicated in providing insights to a wide range of research questions within the pharmaceutical Industry.
We partner with business intelligence managers, commercial excellence leads, brand/product managers, business unit directors and general managers, supporting evidence based data-driven decision making, using and interpreting available data sources, to provide insights and answers for their commercial strategy.

Tasks and responsibilities
You will serve as key point of contact with the client, provide input and insights to the project team and manage the projects from start to finish

- Plan and manage projects in collaboration with analysts and Sr consultants/engagement managers

- Understand client requirements and translate these into detailed briefings for the project team

- Review data delivered by analysts and match these with client questions to develop relevant insights

- Conduct analyses revealing relevant dynamics to consider such as (but not limited to)

  • Design patient journeys and translating these into forecast models;
  • Assess different go-to-market models/scenarios in line with client's commercial organization;
  • Assess execution quality & impact of Client's current engagement strategy & suggestions to improve
  • Develop an appropriate omni-channel journey, maximizing impact of each individual touch point

- Prepare and present results to clients, including conclusions and recommendations

- Contribute to the team's objectives by developing innovative offerings and new ways to help our clients improve healthcare

Required knowledge, skills & abilities
Formal qualifications and experience

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree; Master's Degree (or PhD) in one of the following domains is welcomed: Marketing, Economics, Business Engineering, Civil engineering, Physics/Mathematics, Sciences or Public Health
  • 3-5 years of experience in the field of in a project manager role, and at least one solid experience in data analysis
  • Perfect command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English. French and Dutch are a plus
  • No programming language skills required

  • Analytical and organizational skills·
  • Ability to lead data analyses (briefing for data extract and analyses, interpretation, design,…) using various tools
  • Ability to interpret data and translate the outcome of the analyses into actionable recommendations to engage in client discussions
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical/healthcare market and what drives their business is a plus•
  • howcase ability to manage multiple projects, juggling priorities and deliver on tight deadlines
  • Soft skills: Spirit of accountability, sense of initiative and continuous improvement; confidence and assertiveness; a positive drive with a hands-on spirit, and a pragmatic, innovative approach; team player and ability to work in a multicultural team; excellent presentation, communication and client influencing skills

IQVIA BeLux Zaventem, Flemish Region, Belgium

3 days/week of homeworking

2 days/week based at Zaventem
