We are seeking a skilled and proactive Flexera Tool Administrator to manage and optimize our Flexera Software Asset Management (SAM) platform. This role is critical to ensuring software compliance, cost efficiency, and accurate IT asset tracking across the organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Flexera tools and a strong understanding of software licensing, IT asset lifecycle, and configuration management.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Administer and configure Flexera SAM tools including FlexNet Manager Suite, Flexera One and related modules.

• Monitor and maintain the health, performance, and reliability of Flexera environments.

• Ensure software license compliance by implementing policies and tracking usage across platforms.

• Collaborate with IT, procurement, and finance teams to optimize software spend and usage.

• Integrate Flexera tools with CMDB, SCCM, ServiceNow, and other enterprise systems.

• Generate and analyze reports on software usage, entitlements, and audit readiness.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Flexera tool performance or data accuracy.

• Support audits and vendor negotiations with accurate license data and insights.

• Train and support stakeholders on Flexera usage and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 10+ years of experience managing Flexera tools or similar SAM platforms.

• understanding of software licensing models (Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe, etc.).

• Experience with ITAM, SAM, CMDB, and enterprise IT environments.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and hybrid infrastructure.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
