Integrated Research
We focus on listening to the customer and patient voice in multi-country studies for international pharmaceutical companies. Our team focuses on exploring and measuring what Health Care Professionals and patients say and do using different behavioural frameworks to deliver actionable insights and clear answers to our clients’ business questions. We typically use IQVIA data to contextualise our research and collaborate with other IQVIA teams to provide our clients with comprehensive solutions to their business issues.
The Role
In this role, you’ll be managing multiple consulting projects of varying complexity and ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery for high client satisfaction. We need insightful, detail-oriented people who take pride in their work and their relationships, so we can all work together to make a difference in the life science industry.
What You’ll Be Doing
Leading the Integrated Research offer for key named HQ clients in EMEA, deploying the right delivery resources and innovation to ensure repeat and new business is generated from major accounts
Acts as the trusted advisor to clients on a project basis, leading the initial scoping, and guiding the delivery team to success. Brings strategic thinking to client issues, developing clear actions for the client to solve their issues
Consulting with customers to fully understand their needs and developing high quality proposals to address these needs
Identifying key client stakeholders and capitalizes on these relationships
Identifying and driving the innovation of the B&IRS offer, by better understanding client needs, and working across the IQVIA organisation to bring together best in class solutions. Ensures that offering development is scalable across different client business issues
Taking a leadership role in implementing B&IRS business vision and objectives, and support the development of the business
Coaching off shore team and more junior team members
Taking responsibility for a significant part of the business, achieving revenue target usually in the range of $2-3m+ per annum
Who You Are
- A degree holder with 12+ years’ experience in life sciences or healthcare consulting
- Proven seller of complex engagements to the top Pharma/Life Sciences companies
- An established leader with a record of management and people development
- An expert in the identified teams’ solutions, that can produce new and creative ideas
- A successful mentor, talent retainer and confident leader that can enable creativity in others
