About the Role

As an EHS Analyst at IQVIA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace. You will be responsible for implementing and overseeing site-specific EHS programs, ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory standards, and championing projects to achieve site goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee EHS Programs: Ensure compliance with corporate EHS policies and regulatory obligations.
  • Audit and Compliance: Conduct risk assessments, inspections, and audits to proactively identify and mitigate risks.
  • Training and Development: Train large groups on safety procedures and environmental laws, and identify training needs.
  • Incident Management: Assist in investigations and develop corrective actions for recordable incidents.
  • EHS Committee Leadership: Champion the implementation of site EHS Committees and support their management.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Master's Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (Master en Riesgos Laborales) or a similar field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience in a laboratory or pharmaceutical environment.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to establish effective working relationships.
  • Certifications: Certified Safety Professional and/or Certified Industrial Hygienist (or equivalent certification) or eligibility for certification.
