Job description

We are looking for a graduate / junior professional eager to work in the life science marketing industry with responsibility in managing projects with several teams in digital campaigns (Paid Media, emails Campaigns, etc..) using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, DV 360, Google Ads, LinkedIn Business Account, etc...

Working closely with the commercial and local teams, to ensure technical feasibility assessment and operational implementation guaranteeing best practices to attain channel engagement and business goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

Staffing related processes

  • Technical feasibility assessment and developing solutions to address business needs using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other tools

  • Competitive Intelligence: Landscape, competitors, new technology

  • Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization

  • Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients

  • Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these

  • Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about them

  • Follow best practice for Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation

  • Create and maintain up-to-date documentation with the new developments

  • Create targeting segments

  • Perform quality assurance testing to validate functional and rendering performance

  • Provide support to the global and local team by troubleshooting systems, tools, processes, and data.

Role Qualifications

  • Project management and organizational skills

  • Experience in liaising with multiple teams in a multi-country environment

  • Experience working with a Marketing Automation Software (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred)

  • Demonstrate analytical, interpretative, and problem-solving skills, working with large and multiple data sets to process data in the required format for analysis

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English language Superior organization and prioritization skills

  • Great autonomy and pro-active can-do
