The Employment Contract shall be executed during the period of time necessary for the execution of a precisely defined and non-lasting service, resulting from the provision of services by the Employer to the client Alnylam. The execution of this Employment Contract and the respective unfixed term are imposed to satisfy the Employer's temporary needs, arising from the hiring of its services by the client    Alnylam, being the Employment Contract in force for the period of time strictly necessary for the satisfaction of these needs, to which it aims to respond and to which the Employee will be affected, so the activity of the Employee is in strict dependence on the total duration of the provision of the said services, which at this moment is still uncertain since it can be terminated by the referred client at any time, or renewed for unknown period.
