The US Data Integrity team within IQVIA’s Commercial Solutions unit comprises over 50 employees across multiple geographies and is an exciting and dynamic healthcare practice where you can start or continue your career in the life sciences industry. Job Description Summary:

Responsible for understanding data situations and creating communications for clients who purchase one or more of IQVIA’s syndicated prescription, patient and/or sales data offerings (e.g. NPA, Xponent, DDD, NSP, WSP etc.). The candidate will also be responsible for providing support and responding to general questions about prescription and sales offerings to internal clients.

Principle Accountabilities:

  • Composes client-facing communications based on information collected regarding various data situations.

  • Under minimal supervision and following SOP’s, identifies the details needed for each communication.

  • Provides additional insight to enable appropriate resolution of business questions and/or issues, identifies potential solutions.

  • Coordinates and manages online meetings and discussions (internally) related to data events/communications and projects.

  • Provides verbal communication on weekly call with Client Service to explain data situations.

  • Identifies ways to improve and streamline business operations, driving process improvements aligned with desired customer outcomes.

  • Under minimal guidance, responds to questions about the data situations.

  • Receives general questions about core IQVIA offerings and, under minimal supervision, gathers information to respond to those questions.

  • Identifies opportunities for changes/updates to existing SOP’s.

Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Business, or related field(s).

  • Knowledge of the industry and an understanding of the marketplace.

  • Deep understanding of IQVIA data and methodologies.

  • Knowledge and understanding of the fundamental processes of the business.

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience with written/verbal communication.

  • Experience using Microsoft software tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word,).

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Works effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals.

  • Available to work in Eastern Time

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $82,700.00 - $137,800.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
