Senior Director, Strategy & Expansion - Patient and Site Centric Solution

Job Description Summary: We are seeking a Senior Director for our Patient & Site Centric Solutions (PSCS) organization to drive strategic expansion. This role is essential for defining and implementing our global expansion strategy for Patient Recruitment & Retention and Site Solutions to deliver patient centric clinical trials.
Patient and Site Centric Solutions (PSCS) is focused on making it easier for sites and patients to participate in clinical research.
Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
- Be a thought leader in either patient recruitment or site enablement, driving innovative patient and site solutions and best practices.
- Define and implement key expansion strategies for PSCS to enable continued growth globally and offer our clients best-in-class solutions to deliver clinical trials.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on legal, regulatory, technical and operational aspects of expansion initiatives.
- Partner with senior leadership to deliver key initiatives.
- Support the strategic development of the department.
- Serve as a member of the PSCS Leadership team, ensuring cross-functional collaboration to support growth plans.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience:
- 15+ years of relevant clinical research experience with a multi-regional and global focus.
- Expertise in Patient Recruitment and Retention, Clinical Site Relationships, and related services.
- Demonstrated knowledge in innovative Patient Centric Solutions
- In-depth understanding of study, project, and drug development processes.
- Proven experience navigating legal and regulatory frameworks in clinical research.
- Skills:
- Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities.
- Knowledge of Lean principles and tools (e.g., 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of the English language.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven influencing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a global environment to achieve quality and timeline metrics.
- Sound judgment and decision-making capabilities.
