Job description
Job Responsibilities:
Update system for
- Submission
- Follow up with approvers
- Reconciliation
- Contract process
- Logistics for events
Market Access Programme (MAP)
- Perform system daily check, reconciliation, adverse events screening
- Manage drug supply process
- Liaison with RA, QA, Supply Team, Medical Affairs team engagement
- Extenal stakeholders engagement with KOLs, Nurses, Pharmacist
- Generating reports for quality check
- Support initial consolidation of Market Access Programme, ongoing in Singapore and ensure complete information are captured
- Support in generating records to track the trainings, as necessary
- Review Safety notification from global clinical trials and MAPs for overdue actions.
- Monthly follow up with physician and acknowledgement
Finance deliverables
- Support payment related to medical team, milestone payments for RWE studies, etc
Medical Information
- Quarterly Quality Check – to be done with Medical Info champion
- Generate monthly report
- Upload information into the system
HCP Metrics
- Track digital engagements and HCP interactions weekly for monthly submission
Audit Readiness
- Document repository: Managing info on events, real world studies, all relevant documents
Other Project Administration responsibilities
- Manage calendar for medical team meetings, monthly medical governance meetings, team retros, follow up on pending actions/deliverables and any other support for other projects and patient support programme
- Responsible for high volume quality data entry of client program details related to their meeting, speaker, or logistics role throughout the program planning process.
- Prepares correspondence and fulfills client needs to ensure clients satisfaction.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
- Update/navigate existing s databases with changes and post meeting
- Assure that meeting expenses are correctly assigned to budget categories
- Completion of all tasks assigned to meet client metrics and team goals.
- Communicate with appropriate parties to ensure appropriate breakdown of external vendor charges in comparison with receipts received.
- Expand knowledge base of database systems and encouraged growth with increased responsibilities
- Takes escalated or expert skill level calls
- Provide SME support
- Provides reporting and feedback to supervisor and manager
