Job description

Responsibilities: 

•    Leading the team with focus on quality and compliance, while fulfilling deadlines
•    Managing the regular and ad-hoc workload, distribution of tasks, monitoring FTEs, driving development sessions with team-members
•    Point of contact for Local Finance and Sales Support teams cross-locations
•    Act as a trusted point of contact for escalations and high priority issues related to the billing/revenue process
•    Oversight of billing and revenue process in accordance with Policy requirements and other business processes guidelines
•    Communicate effectively with necessary parties to ensure order/ details and documentation are updated, and appropriately entered in the system
•    Coordinate with Local Finance and/or Sales support teams for error resolution
•    Ensure billing activities are performed timely (within the SLA)
•    Ensure billing quality (policy adherence, accuracy)
•    Create and update KPI and ad-hoc reports
•    Identify and communicate potential policy and/-or operational improvements that will enhance billing process quality
•    Adopt, communicate, and enforce internal policies and guidelines

Requirements: 
•   Relevant experience of 5 years in Finance department/Operations and prior experience with leading and developing people

• Prior leadership experience is an advantage (experience with leading teams of approx. 15 employees)
•    Strong process knowledge in Order to Cash
•    Proactivity and ownership oriented
•    Outstanding communication and negotiation skills in Stakeholder’s relation management
•    General accounting knowledge
•    Analytical skills, Ability to interpret the data and drive improvements, make recommendations for process changes
•    Plan, think and make decisions in strategic context
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills, result-orientation, responsibility, flexibility
•    Managing of stressful situations
•    Fluent English, other languages are advantage
•    Experience of working in Shared Service Centre/Retained/Outsourced environment

• Excellent leadership and managerial skills
