Job Overview:

As a Junior Contract Negotiator, you will draft, review, negotiate, and finalise agreements with study sites, especially for CTA amendments.

You will negotiate within approved parameters both investigators grant budget negotiation parameters, contractual terms, and conditions in accordance with company contractual considerations.

Along with, ensuring compliance to established negotiation parameters, authority approval, contractual process, and client expectations. Coupled with ensuring compliance of budgetary guidance, templates, and process.

You will also identify and assess legal, financial, and operational risks and provide recommendations and alternative resolutions to Investigator Contract negotiations through established escalation channels.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Legal, Finance, Economics, or Engineering

• 1 year of experience in a related field is desirable

• Good interpersonal communication and organisational skills

• Good attention to detail

• Ability to work on multiple projects

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, and sponsors.
