Shipping Coordinator

Job Overview:

IQVIA eCOA Logistics is excited to offer you the ability to make important impacts within the life sciences industry. We are looking for the right candidate to support digital health device shipments and returns and continue to build within our growing team. This role will support order entry, return shipment processing, logistics readiness related to several digital health projects tied to revenue for provisioning device services.

Oversees IQVIA digital health device global shipments and returns processing in support of global clinical trials. Works closely with global shipping lead, orders coordinator, and distribution lead to ensure quality and timely delivery. Establishes goals and objectives and tracks and delivers on operational/financial performance.

Responsibilities:

• Production plan and place digital health device order requests to meet Clients needs.
• Process device return requests to ensure devices are picked up and returned back from sites prior to project closeout.
• Collaborate effectively with 3rd parties
• Interacts professionally with cross functional teams and sponsors
• Assesses project risks and specifies contingencies. Ensures IQVIA quality processes are followed

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience within Life sciences, pharma industry
• Possess strong analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills (in English)
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients
• Efficient with Microsoft office suite with focus on Excel; Working knowledge of Smartsheet
