Technical Support Specialist, Mobile Device Management
Location: Bulgaria, Home-based
Responsibilities:
• Build and deploy project specific Mobile Device Management (MDM) configurations for use internally and with 3rd party logistics providers
• Primary point of contact for issue resolution regarding Mobile Device Management vendors and systems
• Forecasting and availability of MDM licenses
• Collaborate with other team members in the Software Development Lifecycle processes such as reviewing, designing and testing
• Develop standard operating procedures and ensure team members follow industry standard best practice
• Ensure specified service level standards are achieved
• May be required to perform duties outside working hours. This will be managed according to the applicable country legislation.
Skills and experience:
- Typically requires 2 - 3 years of prior relevant experience
- Working knowledge of Mobile Device Management platforms; Soti, MaaS360, and/or Airwatch
- Possess ability to work independently
- Working knowledge of communication systems and devices
- Possess strong analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients.
