Job Overview

When you join us as a Sponsor dedicated Line Manager you will be responsible for efficient collaboration with our reputable customer on a country level, including direct line management of team of CTAs and other positions delivered for the client. This position requires the Line Manager to based in IQVIA’s office in Solna.

Your daily task will also include:

  • Managing your team in accordance with organization’s policies and applicable regulations: planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance and guiding professional development, addressing employee relations issues and resolving problems.
  • Approving of and participating in actions on human resources matters: selection and onboarding process for new team members by conducting candidate reviews, participating in the interviewing process, conducting onboarding trainings in cooperation with HR and ensuring your team has all the proper materials, system accesses and trainings to complete their job responsibilities.
  • Allocation of resources to clinical research projects by assigning employees to clinical studies in accordance with study requirements and their experience and training.
  • Managing the quality of assigned staff's clinical work through regular review and evaluation of work.
  • Identifying quality risks and creating appropriate action plans keep the team´s performance at professional level.
  • Monitoring and supporting team members in meeting defined tasks and quality metrics through regular review and reporting of findings as outlined by clinical operations management.

Qualifications:

  • University degree in scientific discipline or health care
  • Strong line management experience in a CRO or Pharma industry, preferably in an international environment
  • English & Swedish excellent communication skills,
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and teamwork skills with specific attention to detail and accuracy
  • Positive attitude and ability to interact with all levels of staff
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines as necessary
  • Good leadership skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Tools
