Senior Strategic Planning Director
Job description
The Senior Strategic Planning Director will serve as Chief of Staff and drive strategic initiatives for the SVP of US Large Segment, MedTech Segment, Contract Sales, and Patient Support Services (PSS) organizations. Such initiatives will include analysis of current capabilities, planning for future capabilities, organizational design, etc. In addition, development, implementation, and adoption of the appropriate KPI's and dashboards to transform into a forward-looking business, development of annual operating plans, monitoring of market developments and creation of corresponding approaches.
Responsibilities:
- Develops, analyzes, implements and oversees short-term and long-term strategic business processes and plans to increase operational efficiency, meet organization strategic vision and achieve financial goals.
- Monitors industry trends, competitor actions, economic developments and regulatory environment to identify and plan for expected impact on business operations.
- Supports the development and execution of long-range strategic plans and objectives to ensure the organization's continued successful growth and profitability.
- Conducts organizational positioning analyses and other studies; coordinates input to facilitate integration of business unit plans with the corporate plan; and formulates strategic courses of action to maximize the organization's leverage within its market.
Qualifications:
- 7 - 10 years of prior relevant experience required
- Extensive knowledge of multiple job areas obtained through advanced education and experience
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proven leadership and influencing skills
- IQVIA acumen– organizational structure, products, services, systems and ways of working
- Strategic mindset, as well as strong critical thinking, problem solving and project management skills
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize
- Ability to manage resources and multiple projects simultaneously under pressure and within deadlines
- Excellent analytical, quantitative and communication/relationship building skills
- Have the presence and credibility to engage and influence senior leadership

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $162,300.00 - $301,500.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
