Clinical Research Associate, RWE

-Responsibility for Croatia and Slovenia-

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing site selection, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits remotely and onsite
• Serves as in-house CRA responsible for site management, data review and/or supporting sites with query resolution on assigned projects
• Evaluating the quality and integrity of site practices in accordance with regulatory requirements, i.e., Good Clinical Practice and International Conference on Harmonization guidelines
• Responsible for site ID and Start-Up activities, performing initial submissions and negotiating site contracts
• Managing and tracking regulatory submissions throughout project lifecycle
• Ensures timely and appropriate site payments
• Filing documents into TMF
• Collaborating with experts at study sites and with client representatives

Qualifications:

• University degree in scientific discipline or health care not mandatory
• 1+ years of experience in Clinical Trials environment preferred
• Very good computer skills including MS Office
• Excellent command of Croatian and English language, Croatia based
• Organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients
• Flexibility to travel
• Driver’s license class B
